1. Maintain a well-organized digital network that ensures the remote team has full access to company amenities, tools, and resources required for efficient operations.

2. Collaborate closely with sales managers to accurately forecast sales in alignment with market trends and customer demands.

3. Assist in defining development targets and implementing competitive pricing strategies to enhance market positioning and achieve profitability goals.

4. Support recruitment, development, and performance monitoring of the sales team.

5. Provide motivational guidance and help drive the team to meet or exceed agreed-upon performance criteria.

6. Work with the marketing team to design attractive, informational campaigns that build strong brand recognition and stimulate demand.

7. Demonstrate the ability to manage stress effectively while maintaining productivity and high-quality sales output under pressure.

8. Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

9. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

10. Lead by example, encourage accountability, and help push the team beyond comfort zones to reach higher performance levels.

11. Identify gaps in performance, recommend suitable tools, and collaborate with operations to improve skill development.

12. Accompany sales representatives on virtual or in-person client calls (as needed) to support account development and assess individual effectiveness.

13. Continuously review and enhance all sales processes in partnership with the marketing team to ensure efficiency and measurable outcomes.

Minimum Qualification:




Bachelor degree/MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

4 - 6 years of experience
