Position Overview:



We are looking for dynamic and motivated

Sales Executive

and

Sales Assistant

professionals for our Sakoli factory. This team will work

in parallel with our existing Sales Head, Satish

, with a key focus on bringing

consistent orders

,

nurturing client relationships

, and

increasing revenue

from local and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Executive:

Identify and approach potential clients (retailers, wholesalers, institutions, project contractors). Conduct field visits to generate inquiries and convert leads into orders. Follow up on quotes, samples, and proposals to close sales. Understand client needs and suggest suitable modular furniture solutions. Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain CRM and sales reports daily and weekly. Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings. Contribute ideas to improve product-market fit based on feedback.
For Sales Assistant:

Support the Sales Executive in lead generation, documentation, and client coordination. Handle routine follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain database of clients, leads, inquiries, and feedback. Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and sales reports. Coordinate with the factory for dispatch status and update clients. Assist with marketing activities, including social media and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

Sales Executive:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales (furniture or similar domain preferred). Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel in and around Vidarbha region.
Sales Assistant:

1-2 years of experience in customer service, back-end sales, or sales coordination. Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools. Diligent, organized, and ready to learn.
