who can handle incoming solar leads, convert potential customers, and drive sales growth.
Job Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with
qualified solar leads
(inbound + outbound).
Understand customer requirements and suggest the
right solar solutions
.
Conduct site visits when required.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate with the technical & installation team.
Maintain CRM records, calls, and follow-up updates.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure smooth communication.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 1.5 years of sales experience
(Solar industry preferred).
Strong communication & convincing skills.
Ability to understand solar products, benefits, and pricing.
Good follow-up skills and customer handling ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus.
Must be target-oriented and disciplined.
