Job Purpose



To

travel to different cities

, meet

wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and buying houses

, and

generate orders

for the company's garments while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities



1? Sales & Order Generation

Visit

different cities and markets

as per company travel plan Present garment samples, catalogs, and price lists

Take bulk orders

from wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and agents Negotiate prices and quantities within company-approved limits
2? Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain

strong relationships

with existing customers Develop

new customers and markets

Regular follow-up for repeat orders
3? Market & Competitor Study

Collect information about

market trends

, pricing, and competitor products Share feedback with management for design and pricing improvement
4? Order Coordination

Coordinate with

factory, dispatch, and accounts team

Ensure correct order details: design, size, color, quantity, delivery date Follow up on dispatch, payments, and customer satisfaction
5? Reporting

Submit daily / weekly

sales and travel reports

Maintain records of orders, payments, and customer visits
6 Travel Requirement

Extensive travel required

Must be willing to stay outstation as per sales plan

Required Skills & Qualities



Good communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of

garments, fabrics, sizes, and pricing

Ability to work independently while traveling Target-oriented and result-driven mindset Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calls, and simple sales reporting

Qualification



Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass Experience in garment or FMCG sales is preferred

Experience



1-5 years in

garment sales / textile sales

preferred Freshers with strong confidence and learning attitude can also apply
