Inkling Marketing is looking for a motivated and energetic

Sales Assistant

to join our team in Vaishali Nagar. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. As a Sales Assistant, you will support the sales team, help manage client queries, and contribute to building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in daily operations and client handling Communicate with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails Maintain and update client databases and sales records Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team Help prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports Support in managing customer inquiries and providing basic product/service information Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of marketing or sales (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things

Education & Experience:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Freshers can apply Experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Working Hours:

Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
