We are looking for friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic Sales Staff to join our team. As a Sales Staff member, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect gems and jewellery. Your job will be to provide excellent customer service, manage sales, and ensure that our products are showcased well.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.

Product Knowledge: Assist customers in choosing jewellery and gemstones, providing detailed information about the products.

Sales: Process orders and sales transactions, maintaining accurate records.

Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels and help with restocking products when needed.

Display Maintenance: Ensure that jewellery and gems are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or jewellery sales is a plus but not required.

Skills: Good communication skills, basic math for handling cash and transactions, and a friendly, approachable attitude.

Attention to Detail: Ability to showcase jewellery and gems beautifully and maintain product quality.

Team Player: Able to work well with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
