Retail Sales - AIS System Aluminium & uPVC Doors & Windows
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Manager
to lead customer acquisition and relationship management for
AIS System Aluminium and uPVC Doors & Windows
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM data, generating and nurturing leads, driving customer engagement, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.
This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of premium product positioning, along with expertise in CRM tools and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & CRM Management
Handle all CRM data and incoming leads using
EVA Customer Relationship Management software
.
Regularly update client requirements, communication records, and follow-up status.
Maintain accurate data records and reports in
Excel
and CRM.
Client Interaction & Engagement
Call and engage clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Build trust and provide a friendly, professional, and consultative sales experience.
Schedule and conduct
site measurements
as per client needs.
Prepare and share detailed
quotations
.
Invite clients for
showroom visits
and conduct personalized product demonstrations.
Market Development & Relationship Building
Conduct meetings with
architects, builders, and developers
to promote products.
Deliver effective
product presentations
, highlighting technical features and design benefits.
Provide
comparative analysis
to showcase competitive advantages over alternatives.
Negotiate effectively with clients to close deals while ensuring value-based customers.selling.
Achieve and exceed
monthly sales targets
.
Demonstrate ability to sell
premium and high-value products

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in
English
.
Excellent
negotiation and persuasion abilities

Ability to understand client requirements and offer
customized solutions

Proficiency in
CRM software (EVA preferred)
and
MS Excel
for reporting.
Ability to present, compare, and position products effectively.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
High adaptability and confidence in handling
premium product sales
.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/MBA in
Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
(preferred).
3-6 years of proven experience in
sales of system aluminium/uPVC doors & windows, building materials, or premium interior/exterior products
.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in working with Business with retail customer, architects, builders, and developers will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
