Assist sales representatives with client communication, order tracking, and documentation.
Prepare sales quotations, presentations, and reports.
Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems.
Maintain and update client records and databases.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
Support marketing initiatives related to sales campaigns or events.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is preferred.
