Key Responsibilities:
Respond to international customer inquiries via chat and email
Promote products/services and close sales through non-voice channels
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain CRM records and meet assigned sales KPIs
Ensure timely follow-up and a positive customer experience
Additional Information:
Work Mode: Office-based
Working Days: 5 days per week (as per company schedule)
Shifts: Rotational (depending on process requirements)
