We are looking for a motivated and skilled

Sales Representative

to join our international support team. The ideal candidate must have at least

6 months of experience

in handling

international email and chat-based communication

in a sales-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream) Experience: Minimum

6 months

of experience in

international chat and email process

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

English

Skills: Strong sales and persuasion skills Ability to manage multiple chats/emails Target-driven and customer-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to international customer inquiries via chat and email Promote products/services and close sales through non-voice channels Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Maintain CRM records and meet assigned sales KPIs Ensure timely follow-up and a positive customer experience

Additional Information:

Work Mode: Office-based Working Days: 5 days per week (as per company schedule) Shifts: Rotational (depending on process requirements) Incentives: Performance-based
