We're looking for a Sales Assistant who can support daily sales operations, coordinate with prospects, and keep the sales engine running smoothly. From lead follow-ups to CRM updates, you'll play an essential role in helping the sales team convert interest into qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and operational tasks
Conduct initial follow-ups with inbound and outbound leads on LinkedIn, email.
Maintain and update CRM entries with accurate lead information
Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and meeting notes
Schedule client calls, manage calendars, and ensure timely follow-through
Track lead movement across the pipeline and share weekly reports
6Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in sales support, customer coordination, or inside sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational ability and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and outreach workflows.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Comfortable with LinkedIn and email communication.
