Sales Executive

who can connect with students over phone calls, explain our educational courses, and assist them in purchasing the right program.
No targets, no fieldwork -- just honest guidance and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities / ????? ??????????????:

Attend

inbound calls

from students and guide them about the courses. Make

outbound calls only to missed leads

(no cold calling). Explain the

course features, benefits, and syllabus

clearly to students. Help students through the

enrollment and payment process

. Maintain a polite, professional, and supportive tone on every call. Record call details and feedback when required.

Required Skills / ?????? ?????????:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi or English). Confident and friendly voice with good convincing ability. Basic knowledge of how to handle calls using mobile/laptop. Self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely. Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support (preferred, not mandatory).
