As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, conducting cold calls, and following up with prospects. Your exceptional communication and persuasion skills will be key in identifying opportunities across various digital media platforms. Responsibilities:
  • B2B Sales Support: Provide assistance to the sales team in all aspects of B2B sales activities.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies to generate qualified leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Email Outreach: Craft compelling email pitches and follow-up messages to engage prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Prospect Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
  • Opportunity Identification: Monitor and identify potential sales opportunities across different digital media channels, such as social media platforms and industry forums.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate meetings, presentations, and other sales-related activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Prior Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales is mandatory.
  • Cold Calling Skills: Proficiency in cold calling techniques and strategies to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Lead Generation: Demonstrated ability to generate leads through various channels, including email campaigns and networking events.
  • Follow-Up Skills: Strong follow-up skills to keep leads engaged and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Digital Media Awareness: Knowledge of various digital media platforms and the ability to identify sales opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to communicate persuasively with prospects and customers.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales objectives.
