Requirement

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant ( Freshers' preferable) to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting our sales team in generating leads, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service

Two wheeler & Driving License mandatory

(Travel Allowance will be provided).

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Providing product information, pricing and quotations to customers.. To addresses customer inquiries & concerns promptly. Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of products.. Work closely with the sales team, production team, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Maintaining of invoices, receipts and other financial documentation.
