to support our Inside Sales team in driving revenue growth and exceptional customer experiences. You'll handle administrative tasks, manage sales data, qualify leads, and ensure seamless operations - enabling our sales reps to focus on closing deals. Ideal candidates are organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management:
Process inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and update CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accuracy.
Sales Support:
Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales materials for reps; schedule client meetings/demos.
Data & Reporting:
Track sales activities, generate performance reports, and maintain clean CRM records.
Customer Communication:
Respond to basic client emails/calls; escalate complex issues to sales reps.
Process Optimization:
Identify and suggest improvements to sales workflows and tools.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Research:
Gather prospect/client insights to support targeted outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
0-1 years in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication (written/verbal).
Strong organizational skills & multitasking ability.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
Education:
Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.
