Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries
Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately
Promote products, offers, and upselling where appropriate
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
Manage stock display and inform supervisor of low inventory
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary
Follow company policies, pricing, and operational procedures
Support team members during peak hours
