The Sales role is a crucial position within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth through selling our products or services to potential customers. As a Sales professional, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our offerings can address those needs. Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Understand customer needs and requirements to propose tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to optimize sales efforts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and updates in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products or services
- Prior experience in sales or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is desirable but not required with relevant experience.
