We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the building materials industry, preferably in doors, frames, or related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the doors and frames segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and dealers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain customer records.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Good presentation and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of doors, frames, or building material industry will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in doors, frames, or building materials.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
