Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Assistant who is confident in communication, proactive in follow-ups, and focused on closing deals. This role is strictly sales-oriented and requires strong coordination with leads, site visits, and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Explain property details, pricing, and availability clearly
Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospects
Follow up consistently until deal closure
Update all leads and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with operations team for bookings and move-ins
Meet daily call, follow-up, and closure targets
Required Skills & Eligibility
Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Sales mindset with focus on conversions
Must know Excel (basic to intermediate level)
Must have own laptop
Must have own mobile phone
Must have own two-wheeler for site visits
Comfortable with targets and incentives
Experience & Qualification
6 months to 2 years experience in sales, real estate, or field sales preferred
Freshers with strong communication and confidence may also apply
Salary & Incentives
Fixed salary (as per experience) + Incentive
Attractive incentive per deal closed
No cap on incentives - performance driven role
