Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the sales team and managers to ensure
smooth operations
and the achievement of sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Assist in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication, timely follow-up, and professional interaction.
Proposal & Presentation Creation:
Utilize strong analytical skills to assist in preparing customized sales
proposals
, presentations, and reports for prospective and existing clients.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct market research, analyze sales data, track industry trends, and generate accurate sales reports to
identify new opportunities
.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage sales documentation, accurately
update CRM systems
(Customer Relationship Management), process client contracts, and handle general administrative duties.
Lead Management:
Assist the team in qualifying leads, scheduling client meetings, and conducting initial follow-up communications.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
is
highly preferred
and will be given priority consideration.
Experience:
Proven
experience
(minimum 1-2 years) as a sales assistant, sales coordinator, or similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sales cycle.
Communication Excellence:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
in English and Hindi.
Digital Marketing Knowledge:
Candidate must have
good knowledge of creative/digital marketing
trends, platforms, and terminology.
Analytical Ability:
Strong proficiency in analyzing sales data and using tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Proactive & Organized:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
