We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated
Female Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products and services.
Generate leads, maintain customer database, and follow up regularly.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product information.
Persuade potential clients to set up meetings or purchase products/services.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
Record and update all interactions in CRM/software.
Report to the Sales Manager with daily call logs and progress reports.
Requirements:
Female candidate Only.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in

Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is desirable.
