1) Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, including processing orders,
following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong communication with clients.
2) Track and maintain sales data, customer information, and ensure records are
accurate and up-to-date.
3) Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to monitor order status,
ensuring timely delivery to customers.
4) Follow up for outstanding payments with clients
5) Sales bills cross checking
Qualification
1) Experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role within the
manufacturing sector.
2) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and
prioritize effectively.
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
