Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint etc) / Internet Surfing / Mailing etc
Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery.
Proficiency in English, Effective written communication skills to accurately convey information and assist with administrative tasks.
Internal follow up with the team for the order status and updating to the client.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems/ taking approvals etc
Should be ready to handle Software entries
Should be proactive, responsive, and able to handle customer complaints as well
Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
