Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Sales Executive

who can handle exhibition sales and field sales across India. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel, interacting with customers, managing stalls at exhibitions, and generating sales leads through field visits.

Key Responsibilities

Exhibition Sales:

Represent Arth Life at exhibitions across India Set up, manage, and close sales at exhibition stalls Engage with customers, explain products, and promote the brand Maintain sales records and collect customer feedback during exhibitions Coordinate with the internal team for stock, pricing, and display requirements

Field Sales:

Visit retail stores, distributors, and potential clients Generate new leads and convert them into sales Maintain relationships with existing clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements & Skills

Proven experience in sales (retail, exhibitions, or field sales preferred) Willingness to travel frequently within India Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and sales reporting Experience in clothing, fashion, or kidswear industry is an advantage
Eligibility

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant sales experience preferred Candidate must be flexible with travel schedules Based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune
