Job Description

sales clerk assists customers, processes transactions, and maintains the store environment in retail settings. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, answering product questions, operating the cash register, and handling payments. Clerks also restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and keep the sales area clean. Core duties and responsibilities

Customer service

: Greet customers, help them find products, and answer their questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Point-of-sale (POS) operations

: Accurately process customer purchases, handle cash and credit card payments, and manage returns.

Stock and inventory management

: Receive and unpack shipments, restock shelves, and keep an inventory of products.

Store maintenance

: Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and organized, and assist with setting up displays.

Sales support

: Meet sales goals, maintain customer profiles, and collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
