Identifying, qualifying, securing business opportunities.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
Process sales orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to facilitate order fulfilment and timely delivery.
Interact with customers via phone, email to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with order status updates.
Help to manage the sales pipeline by tracking and updating leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications
Candidate with graduation, diploma qualification
Min 1-2 year experience in sales coordination, customer support
Knowledge of full sales cycle.
Good Communication and negotiation skills
Freshers are welcome , willing for sales training
