Handle customer inquiries, share product information, prepare quotations, sales proposals, and assist in tender submissions, vendor registration.
Follow up with customers on orders, dispatch schedules, and payments
Maintaining the record of sales enquiries and the outcome of the sales enquiries,
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, lead times, and order confirmation.
Prepare purchase orders and track material delivery status, GRN entry in the system.
Maintain the record of purchases, inventory management.
Qualification and Skill
Graduate in commerce or science. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience:
2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
