Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, promoting our coaching programs, and providing information about our services. This role is vital for driving enrollment and ensuring a positive experience for our prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential students and parents to introduce Frescon Academy and our coaching programs.

- Provide detailed information about courses, schedules, and admission procedures.

- Assist in answering inquiries and addressing any concerns from prospective students.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in the CRM system.

- Follow up on leads and manage a pipeline of potential enrollments.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers.

- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and enrollments.

- Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the education sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and a passion for education.
