Demonstrate product features, EV technology, charging processes, and benefits compared to conventional vehicles.
Explain pricing, financing, insurance, and exchange options to customers.
Conduct test drives and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Generate and follow up on sales leads to close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with service and delivery teams for timely vehicle handover.
Keep updated with latest EV trends, product updates, and government subsidies/incentives.
