Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable EV models. Demonstrate product features, EV technology, charging processes, and benefits compared to conventional vehicles. Explain pricing, financing, insurance, and exchange options to customers. Conduct test drives and ensure a smooth customer experience. Generate and follow up on sales leads to close deals effectively. Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Coordinate with service and delivery teams for timely vehicle handover. Keep updated with latest EV trends, product updates, and government subsidies/incentives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude Sales negotiation and persuasion skills Knowledge of electric vehicle technology (preferred) Basic computer and CRM handling skills Problem-solving and follow-up skills Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Pay: ₹9,054.27 - ₹32,681.00 per month
