Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations and documentation.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients.
Support in lead generation and database management through CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for order processing.
Prepare sales reports, MIS data, and maintain accurate customer records.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Maintain excellent communication and relationship with existing and potential customers.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn about industrial sales and UV purification technology.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset.
