As a
Sales & Business Development Intern / Trainee
, you will work closely with senior sales executives to support client acquisition and relationship management.
This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure -- while developing essential communication and business skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior sales executives in
lead generation, prospect identification, and client follow-ups
.
Make
cold calls
and handle
initial customer inquiries
with professionalism.
Support in preparing
quotations, proposals, and documentation
for clients.
Maintain and update
CRM records, client databases, and follow-up reports
.
Coordinate with
technical, marketing, and operations teams
to address client needs.
Learn to
analyze customer requirements
and recommend suitable solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
Fresh graduates
or
final-year students
(BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related fields).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Strong
interest in sales, marketing, and client relationship management
.
Good command of
MS Office / Google Workspace
; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
