Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales of the company's medical equipment and consumables. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires monitoring market trends and providing feedback to improve product offerings and services.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and lead generation
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of medical equipment and consumables is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficiency in CRM and sales management software
