Identify and source potential leads through online portals, referrals, social media, and existing databases.
Maintain and update customer database on CRM/software regularly.
Coordinate with channel partners and brokers for lead generation.
2. Telecalling & Lead Nurturing
Call prospective customers to promote residential projects and explain project features, location advantages, pricing, and offers.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer queries.
Schedule site visits for interested customers.
Follow up with leads to ensure maximum site visit conversions.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build rapport with potential buyers by understanding their housing needs.
Provide project details in a clear and convincing manner.
Assist in pre-sales customer support until site visit or sales handover.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and site visit arrangements.
Share daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and site visits scheduled.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication (Hindi, English, and local language preferred).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to explain project details confidently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Excel).
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
