Role Overview:
Support the sales team in client handling, paperwork, backend coordination, and follow-ups. This is not a hardcore field sales job -- it's more of a support + admin + coordination role with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients for site visits, documents, and follow-ups
Assist in drafting sale agreements, rental paperwork, and bank forms
Help manage leads, calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and CRM entries
Prepare files for registration, stamp duty, loan support, etc.
Maintain basic Excel sheets, follow-up trackers, and reminders
Be available for light fieldwork if required (within Navi Mumbai)

Requirements:
1-2 years experience in admin, sales support, or real estate
Fluent in Marathi and English
Basic knowledge of real estate documents and formalities
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and email professionally
Polite, well-spoken, organized, and punctual
Bike is a plus, but not mandatory
Age: 22 - 28 preferred
