Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Sales Assistant
to support our Sales Managers by handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings, managing CRM data, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This is a client-facing and coordination-focused role, ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Inquiry Handling
Respond to incoming client inquiries via email, website, and phone.
Qualify potential leads and share basic service information.
Update and follow up using Zoho CRM.
Sales Coordination
Schedule meetings and calls for Sales Managers.
Assist with sales documentation like proposals and presentations.
Track sales activities and maintain records in the CRM.
Client Communication
Provide timely responses to client queries.
Escalate complex concerns to relevant managers.
Address client questions related to specialized services like metaverse solutions.
Administrative Support
Maintain organized records of sales communications.
Prepare weekly reports on lead status and follow-ups.
Shift-Based Client Support
Work in a UK or US shift to ensure global coverage.
Answer incoming calls and assist with bookings or meeting scheduling.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the Onboarding and Operations teams for client handovers.
Support internal processes to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience:
2-3 years in sales support, customer service, or related field.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, proactive, and good with multitasking.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and shift-based environment.
Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with international clients (US/UK/Canada).
Familiarity with virtual assistant services and related solutions.
