Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Real Estate Sales Manager

to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and driving property sales to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Management:

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives. Monitor performance and provide coaching to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new sales opportunities and markets.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Oversee client communication, site visits, negotiations, and closings. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic planning.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Track KPIs and implement improvements as necessary.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
