Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales and client service efforts. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing product and service information, helping clients choose the right solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also support the wider sales team in achieving targets and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Assist customers in selecting appropriate services based on their needs
Provide accurate information about pricing, packages, and promotions
Process service requests effectively
Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate as needed
Maintain knowledge of all current service offerings and updates
Upsell or cross-sell services where appropriate to meet client needs
Ensure client information is accurately recorded in company systems
Support sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling or follow-ups
Help maintain a clean, organized, and client-friendly work environment
Meet or exceed individual and team sales/service targets
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
A friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
Tech-savvy with basic computer and CRM system knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
