Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the heart of the SOISU experience. You'll guide, support, and wow every customer who walks into our store -- helping them feel confident, inspired, and informed while choosing furniture for their dream home.

What You'll Do

Greet and engage walk-in clients with warmth and attention Understand their lifestyle needs and recommend the right furniture Explain product features, design benefits, and customization options Coordinate with the design teams for visualizations Prepare quotes for selection made Use WhatsApp and CRM tools for client follow-ups Assist with order placements, measurements, and delivery coordination Ensure every customer leaves with clarity and excitement
