Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies for real estate projects
Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
Lead, guide, and motivate site sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and campaign execution
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure timely documentation and collections
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS for management review
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts teams for booking formalities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and property documentation
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
