Develop and maintain relationships with key BCOs (Beneficial Cargo Owners), freight forwarders and logistics partners through regular meetings.
Onboarding new clients and maintain a strong pipeline through active prospecting, cold calling, and regular client visits.
Achieve assigned sales targets for volume in TEUs.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned trade lanes and regions Like Europe, Med, USA, Far east and Latin.
Prepare and deliver competitive commercial proposals in coordination with the pricing and trade teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business recommendations.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of booking forecasts and weekly sales reports.
