40,000 60,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

B.Tech / B.Sc / IDD in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, expertise in Cheese, Sauce and Mayonnaise.

Notice Period:

Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets Develop and execute effective sales strategies in the food industry Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to the team Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive competitive advantage Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, production, logistics) for smooth operations Present monthly MIS reports, offering insights into sales metrics and strategies

Candidate Requirements:

Degree in

Food and Dairy Technology

B.Tech, B.Sc, or IDD (mandatory) Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant sales experience in Food/Dairy - (sauces, cheese, mayonnaise)/FMCG/ingredients industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Language Proficiency:

Fluent in English and Hindi

Ability to travel across

Pan India

as required
