Key Responsibilities:


Sales Operations & Support:




Assist the Sales Head in managing daily operations of the sales team.


Ensure sales processes are followed efficiently and targets are tracked regularly.


Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, design consultants, etc.) to support sales initiatives and operational efficiency.


Contribute to the implementation of policies and procedures that enhance sales performance.


Revenue & Target Achievement:




Support in monitoring sales targets and ensure the team consistently achieves set goals.


Work closely with management to prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.


Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.


Client Relationship Management:




Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders.


Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times in line with The Quarry's luxury standards.


Support in managing and nurturing long-term client partnerships.


Team Support & Development:




Assist in supervising and guiding sales associates and senior curators to achieve individual and team goals.


Participate in the training and development of team members, ensuring high levels of product knowledge and client engagement skills.


Act as a point of escalation for client or team-related issues in the absence of the Sales Head.


Reporting & Communication:




Provide regular updates to the Sales Head on sales performance, operational challenges, and client feedback.


Prepare periodic reports on revenue, sales activities, and market trends.


Ensure smooth communication between sales staff, management, and cross-functional teams.


Representation & Networking:




Represent the brand in industry events and client interactions to strengthen The Quarry's presence in the luxury market.


Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.


Qualifications & Skills:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).


8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury, real estate, or premium retail sector.


Strong client relationship management and communication skills.


Ability to manage a team, motivate staff, and support in achieving business objectives.


Experience in handling HNI clients and understanding of the luxury market is a plus.


Strong organizational, reporting, and multitasking skills.
