We are looking for a motivated and dynamic
Assistant Sales Manager
who will support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth for our
uPVC doors, windows, and profile systems
. The role involves building strong networks with
dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors
to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing sales strategies for uPVC products.
Develop new business opportunities through dealers, distributors, and contractors.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and fabricators.
Support channel partners (dealers/fabricators) and ensure smooth order flow.
Conduct market visits to study competitor activities and trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to clients.
Achieve individual and team sales targets for the assigned territory.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Education:
Postgraduate (preferred in Business/Marketing or related field).
Experience:
1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in uPVC doors, windows, or building materials industry).
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
