The Sales Assistant Manager - Merchandisers/Demonstrators will support nationwide sales and merchandising efforts by driving effective product demonstrations, enabling internal teams and channel partners, and ensuring a strong customer experience. This role requires hands-on experience in home appliance demonstrations, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with sales teams and customers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clear, engaging, and effective product demonstrations for internal sales teams, merchandisers, and channel partners.
• Support CSD merchants and retail teams by explaining product features, benefits, and usage.
• Communicate professionally with customers to address product-related queries, usage guidance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Respond to customer queries received via email and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central.
• Ensure consistent product knowledge dissemination across merchandising and demonstration teams.
• Act as a bridge between sales, merchandising teams, and customers to improve product understanding and adoption.
• Provide feedback from the field on customer concerns, product performance, and training requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 4-8 years of experience in product demonstration or sales roles within the home appliances industry.
• Proven exposure to managing or supporting demonstrator and merchandiser teams is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong product demonstration and presentation skills.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel.
• Customer-focused approach with polite and professional communication.
• Ability to handle customer interactions through email and online platforms.
