Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Handling & Follow-Up

Respond promptly to inbound leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and email. Qualify leads and identify customer needs and interests. Maintain a lead tracker and follow up with potential clients until closure.

Sales Communication

Present the agency's services (graphic design, branding, social media, etc.) confidently and persuasively. Share proposals, quotations, and service portfolios to interested prospects. Handle objections and negotiate with clients to close deals.

Coordination

Work closely with the creative and strategy team to customize offerings based on client needs. Update the sales manager about daily progress and closures. Schedule meetings or demos for the core team when necessary.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions. Report weekly performance metrics and sales outcomes.

Market Understanding

Stay updated about the agency's services and pricing. Understand competitor offerings and client pain points to pitch better.
