Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Damro Groups. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers and providing excellent service. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate for this role should have less than 1 year of experience and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work well in a team and individually
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of furniture and interior design is desirable

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and provide guidance on products
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about pricing, availability, and delivery options
• Process customer orders and arrange for product delivery or pickup
• Handle complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Assist in organizing and setting up furniture displays and trade shows
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming store environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,750.00 - \xe2\x82\xb919,250.00 per month Benefits:
