We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive/Sales Manager
to expand our customer base, build strong client relationships, and generate new business opportunities in the technology domain. The ideal candidate will have experience selling IT services, product engineering, embedded solutions, or digital transformation services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through various channels (outbound, inbound, networking, events, referrals, etc.).
Present and promote Waferchips' service offerings including embedded solutions, product development, IoT, and software services.
Understand client needs, propose suitable technical solutions in coordination with engineering teams.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting ? pitching ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure.
Manage relationships with key accounts and ensure long-term engagement.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and technical teams for smooth execution of projects.
Participate in industry events, client meetings, and product demos.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields .
1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services, embedded systems, IoT, or technology consulting.
Strong understanding of the technology landscape and ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling embedded systems, hardware engineering, or firmware development services.
