The Sales Assistant supports daily sales operations by assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals
Support sales transactions, billing, and payment processes
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store
Replenish stock and ensure proper product display
Assist in inventory counting and stock management
Handle basic customer queries, returns, and exchanges
Work with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets
Follow company policies and store procedures

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
