We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions, building strong student relationships, and promoting Cyber Bee Academy's training programs. This role includes a competitive commission structure based on successful conversions, allowing high performers to earn significantly more.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound leads, follow up regularly, and convert them into enrolled students.
Explain course offerings, fees, modules, career opportunities, and academy benefits.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
Build trust and rapport with potential students and parents.
Track leads using CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
Participate in webinars, seminars, and promotional activities to boost admissions.
Assist students in understanding the admission process, financing options, and training schedules.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.
