Job Description

1. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile products, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the textile sector

3. Promote and sell the company's textile products

4. Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs, trends, and budgets

5. Process sales orders and follow up with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

6. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

7. Assist in merchandising, product display, and inventory management if working in a retail environment

8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally

9. Basic understanding of textile types, fabric construction, and fashion trends

10. Willingness to travel for client meetings or trade events (if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

TEXTILES: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:

English, Malayalam, Tamil (Preferred)
