Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide customers through their shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries.
Support daily store operations and stock management.
Build long-term customer relationships through good service.
Requirements:
Qualification: Plus Two / Graduate.
Experience: 0-1 years in apparel or retail sales (freshers welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, energetic, and customer-focused.
Team-oriented and reliable.
Salary:
?12000-15000
